Small sellers and plenty of interested buyers at 'cheap' prices. There is a considerable number of shares in un-marketable parcels. These will be cleared slowly as they come to the market at discount prices.
I don't understand why RIS need a share placement - they have plenty of cash on hand. A share buy back would be a better option. It would put cash to better use than in a banking A/c earning no interest.
Why management / founders does not privatize RIS is the question
