I think everyone is holding tight now. Announcement may come out anytime soon. As they said it is better to be one year early rather than one day late. No one wants to be the person who missed the boat.
Some people waited for several years - me more than one year.
My thoughts is that -what is 2,3,4 weeks or even 90 days wait or even 6 months? Soon this too will come to past.
I think it is worth the wait and risks.
