good value. I think AVV is fair value at the current price. Recently paid a 4c div, will be 9c for the full year which gives it a yield of nearly 7%. Most analysts have forecast an improved year ahead so there appears to be quite a good chance of a profit upgrade instead of profit warning in the future. Not many shares on issue and a low market cap, I am quite keen on AVV.
