SER have also been rather negligent IMO with the very sketchy details on the new arrangement - what exactly is the deal with Mega? Has a contract been signed or is it a handshake? Who receives any revenue above production costs, if any? Are there any obligations on SER is Mega ends up failing or walking away?
Could spend the rest of the day writing what if's but all we've had from SER is a couple of lines weeks ago and yet again no follow up to date. They must be skating close to the wire on disclosure regulations IMO, playing pretty fast & loose with SH assets.
