We all would've liked to be signed ages ago but reality is this
Just because it hasn't been signed in the time frame of the hotcopper posters, it does mean its not going to be signed or may not be signed at all but the news is heading that it will be signed according to speeches, newsletters etc etc
We are all in the one boat together
