If you think that one member of the team may lead to the demise of the company then reduce your holdings or sell out. I'm sure Nick did his due diligence before hiring Tom and he seems comfortable - he didn't sell a single one of his 300,000,000 shares in the leg up from 1.3 to 7.2c.
