When you make a Criminal Charge, which Israel has done, the onus is on you (Israel) to provide Proof of the Criminal Conduct.
Otherwise, its just Political SMEAR.
UNWRA has provided reports on all its employees to Israel for vetting since 2010.
So it should be easy for Israel to point to, which of its staff, were Hamas operatives who took part in 7th October attack (per allegation from Israel). These are Criminal Conducts, if the allegations are proven.
