no update

Here is the email i sent a few weeks ago with no update so far. What gets my goat is the directors don't seem to be anything active to enhance the view of APZ in the market.

Dear Sir,

The latest investor update was tied to the rights issue update 15-May-09.
Since then APZ has traded down to 29.5c. I have ABP shares as well, these did their rights issue at 25c, and are currently 36.5c, 46% higher.

I am not sure of your plan, if you are going to update the market before the half yearly update or not.
If not is seems unlikely that the spare price will get uplift. Naturally I am disappointed at the outcome because my share average is well above 30c. Shareholders do it the hard way, no options or shares allocated.
Losses are losses for shareholders.
Aspen does not seem to have much of a profile with brokerage houses or financial journals.

Other REITs are not paying dividends, and getting SP uplift. After a rights issue, given the change in debt and dividends looking well above say 6% , your SP does not reflect your circumstances.

I am not a big fan of big shareholders running companies, at some stage there is invariably someone better suited to run the company. I can only hope the board puts the interests of all shareholders first.
