    they have dealt with iluka before
    joint venture
    and i would have to say
    this advance project
    will go most likely in a joint venture also
    its really a board issue how fast
    they can announce positive news
    as they are not the greatest
    giving postive news fast
    etc the last 5 years sp has not hardly moved
