    If I came to believe that the mortality rate is 10% then I would change my opinion on things. But everything I’ve read so far doesn’t even come close to that figure. As for the long term effects, I don’t know, but would suggest those the come from families with histories of lung/heart /kidney diseases or cancer or other immune deficiencies, that go from generation to generation, that can run in families you may be correct.
