My understanding is that the whole notion of a vaccine is totally academic in nature - as it is an RNA not DNA virus they will find a vaccine but it won’t last (due to mutation etc.) so they would need to find a new one and vaccinate everyone every three months. I have been told that by someone on the team actually testing COVID19 in the lab.
Basically, it seems every way we cut it, this thing will probably have to reach herd immunity...
