    Very sensible caution UT...

I am in a high risk group (having serious cardiac issues) but I live in a very safe environment and I adhere to infection control methods, so I too would not accept a vaccine unless it has been tested thoroughly and shown to be effective and safe (low adverse reaction profile).

Any drug to be approved must have been proven and had the trials peer reviewed. If these aren't done complete with long term issues identified, there is higher risk than my present regime of self-protection.

As for medications, these too must have proven efficacy and safety. Those jumping up n down about HCQ etc make me wonder what happened to their otherwise sensible thinking.
