A couple of scenarios:
I think a lot of people sold recently when it crashed and have stashed their cash under the bed waiting for the global uncertainty to settle down.
Those that bought during the crash at 0.14 - 0.17 are now sitting on their purchase to perhaps cash in at a later date.
Some are now waiting for an announcement regarding the NASDAQ listing before buying in again.
Either way, I think all things considered, it is now a waiting game and patience has entered the market.
