It still looks like the share price will be hamstrung until after the vote at month end. The odds would then be on a 9c run up in price until Nov 11, closing date.

Would be extremely handy if there was a contract announcement before then, we are certainly due. Either way will be glad when this overhang is out of the way as it has clouded the price for 4 months now.
