I think the depressed Sp is mostly related to Gillians shares. The counter party is selling to get cash. If you were to getting back your shares at lower price, wouldnt you want to force the sellers hands to sell low. And you can get them in court for selling the shares dont belong to them.
Its going to be a long road in 2009. For DYL to go to production ready may have to wait till 2010 or 2011.
Just hope the jorc will be the start for SP to rise. SP wont move up until GSs are sold. Just my thought.
