Evidence that Algo sensitivity improvement has either nearly been completed or a sure thing that won't affect the trail result?
If IE already has this information in the report, how can we wipe off value of other anns with negative data confirmation?
We will get to know about that after voting no.

I could be wrong, but I thought it was more to do with recruitment as opposed to any process of developing the algorithm. In one sense that makes the bar very low to gain the extra mil, which I think we've basically got, hence the issued invoice and report accounting for it.
