Great initiative,

For the share register, did you get email addresses as well as the holders personal address?
In the interests of saving costs it may be worth sending out a group email if you have the email addresses and advise them of this action and that a letter or email (should they choose) will be sent closer to the voting date.

Also with the spreadsheet you created, there is an opportunity for holders to opt out of the postage and receive an email instead, I am happy to opt out and not receive a posted letter.

I am also happy to contribute to this action.
