I sorted the data by address and did a quick skim through looking for multiples. There are some decent-sized batches. I saw one with 49 holders all at the same address. I'm concerned about the privacy ramifications of combining that batch though. It's clearly an investment or advisory service. If they just hand the envelope to one of the holders that will expose the identities of the other holders. Groups of people with the same surname at the same residential address would be safer, but it's still risky.

On balance I'm banking (get it... banking!) on fully funding the mailout. With $3,500 raised so far I think we can be confident.

Hi TT,

I note you mention you have looked in to the awkward action of adding a resolution to an AGM or EGM by a shareholder.

I have seen an Addendum being added by shareholders to AGM Resolutions, below is an example of one for a another stock I hold.

This could be possibly a lot more cost effective.
