The address in the window of the envelope will have your name. It will look a bit like this:
MR RED BAR
<A/C REDBAR BENEVOLENT FUND>
1234 SHORT STREET
SOMETOWN NSW 2345

It's just that the letter will start with "Dear Resapp Shareholder".

Luckily the mail house has a machine that does the whole lot! Stuffs the envelope, licks the glue, seals the flap. This is an old one in action...

The operator is running the machine nice and slowly – looks like about 3,000/hr – so you can see what's happening more easily. These old machines top out at maybe 5-6,000/hr. There are more modern machines about, but they all do the same job, maybe a bit faster. This video shows a letter, a flyer and a return envelope all being inserted. Our job will only have the letter, no "collateral".
