No-vote letter update, page-22

If the No vote gets up the following will occur.
1. We all agree that the SP will fall to some where between 6-8c.
2. We will have to do a CR at between 3-5 c and it will have to be hugely dilutive.
3. Very very hard for biotech co's to raise cash atm and this will be Resapp fifth time.
4. Our beloved spokesperson TT used his really name and address on HC a few days and they possibly got to him possibly about further legal action.
5. Is this company worth more than $100m ?
With knowing all this I change my vote to YES and I am going to take the 14.6c before Pfizer changes its
mind.
