There are a number of obvious points to note.
1. Pfizer realise that ResApp have groundbreaking tech here. I don’t believe for one second they are only after the COVID test, they have clinical studies proof that Dx works. Pfizer will take Dx through the FDA and add the diagnosis service in any way they like to onsell Pfizer products.
2. Based on the last point, Pfizer have more to offer us than is currently on the table. Potentially much more.
3. The way Pfizer are presently playing us retail shareholders, probably with professional stooges masquerading as us, demonstrates my last point.
4. Keating is not up for the current task, and sadly neither is the BOD. Has anyone heard a peep out of our Chair Roger Aston? At the very least he should demonstrate some level of control or level headedness.
5. I cannot believe that other third party potential partners or combatants won’t deliver a better deal for us than the insulting offer by Pfizer. FFS we have CE and TGA clearance as a diagnostic tool. They don’t fall out of Corn Flake packets. Medgate and Alodokter have staked their reputation on Dx. I believe (but can’t prove it) that others are waiting in the wings.

We have had our attention drawn away from the main game, Dx and SleepCheck. We have been tricked emotionally into thinking Pfizer are the white knight saving us from total failure. There is so much more that we can offer the world of respiratory diagnosis, and we as shareholders own this life saving tool.
Don’t be emotionally badgered into voting yes.

a couple didn't but their post history is pretty clear they're not Pfizer.

also, you say you can't believe no one has come in with a superior offer... well of course not for one of two reasons.

1. The current Pfizer rules will prevent that company from doing appropriate due diligence

2. No other company sees the need to put in an improved offer.

these holders who have apparently contacted Ping An and J&J - these parties could easily come in with the "measly" extra bit of money needed to get the yes vote but they haven't.

id personally read into that, but you do what makes you comfortable with your investment here.
