The "fact" is there is a meeting scheduled for 26 June to vote yes or no.
The "fact" is CYL have 23% of the vote (which makes it highly probable that they will win the vote).
The "fact" is Greywolf (6%) have stated that they might vote against - but we all know that is code for "come and talk to us" - which I would suggest jcdc & Kay would be addressing.
If Greywolf change their mind (which they can/could do) - then CYL will win the day.
If you are going to continue to pump verbage out - maybe it would be more paletable for the rest of us on HC to hear your views on CYL/SGI/VAN combination post-merger!
