PB, given your thoughts on all the legal complexities and locking up of an asset for years with a no vote (and therefore lawyers to be the only winners).....then I'd suggest you vote yes and we let something good come of the asset for all shareholders without wasting anymore time. Given all your 'wisdom' it seems the only sensible way forward.
