- I would put either "by" or "through" instead of "from" re analysing the sound of a cough but what you have is also fine

- I try to avoid contractions - so would write "that is" - but again, that's just me and using "that's" is probably fine. Just a personal thing I have on professional letters but contractions do personalise the feel of the letter. So either way

- is it "shareholders' register" - instead of "shareholders register" - or is it simply the "shareholder register" ?? I really don't know but thought I would ask for my own education

- I would add "current" offer from Pfizer - this may get people subconsciously thinking at least that there are more to come.

-into "account" when making investment decisions
