Hi TT, just a few things:

The first bullet point should contain Alodokters name. We, of course know, but there may be some shareholders who aren't up to speed with some issues.

When you are talking of the moral/ethical nature of ResApp, would it be good to weave in the Gates Foundations contribution to the company?

In your closing paragraph it feels very much like "me and you". You refer to yourself as urging the reader to vote no. Whilst I acknowledge this is your initiative, it may be more powerful if you said "I, and many other shareholders", or "we, a determined group of shareholders", or similar, which demonstrates there is a considerable band of shareholder power behind you. **I'm not necessarily convinced myself this point I'm making is valid but I mention it to be considered.**

These are just my musings and I will certainly not argue if, with due consideration you didn't adapt them. Sorry they are a bit late, but I have been trying to get over Covid, but am on the mend.
