NO-Vote support statement - draft 3

This draft illustrates a couple of things:

1. The letter is now full. Anything extra that needs to go in will require something else to be deleted. I've already deleted the little screen snippets from the "how to vote" section. I don't want to drop "how to" completely because I want them to understand how easy it is to lodge a proxy vote online.
2. The more detail we put in the fuzzier the message. While I feel that the argument is now more persuasive, I also feel that the letter is less sharply focused than draft 2.

I've also decided to go all the way with "We". I need to explain that there are many of us behind this letter anyway, which means that "we" has to be somewhere. So to avoid a confusing mixture of "we" and "I", I've gone "we" everywhere (except on the floor).
