    Great stuff TT,

    The potential revenue included will plant the seed that a small increase in the TO offer is still not acceptable.

    Interestingly my subscription model of $1 per person per month and 10% uptake in the USA would be $396 m per year, so very comparable to the $360 m mentioned (332 m population).
