All we have to go on at the moment is the approximate timeline given in the takeover announcement on 11-Apr:


Voting will not open until the Scheme Meeting date and venue are announced. The Scheme Booklet will contain that announcement, plus a voting form. Often the voting form is pre-filled with the holder's HIN or SRN. Automic will create the meeting on their website and set up for voting on the resolutions. That won't be available until after the booklet announcement is public.

It's definitely a risk that some may vote before our letter arrives, especially as the company has the ability to send by email and we don't.
