remember, in order for the Scheme to be implemented, CTP needs BOTH 75% of shares to vote in favour, PLUS it needs 50% of actual shareholders to vote in favour.
So even if a s/h only has a few shares, his/her vote is just as important and effective as that of a big shareholder in the second leg of the approval process.
Thus it is important to vote.
