Tells me the board has no other options or hasn't a plan b or Making future plans without help. If they need help why do they need to be paid? I would think that with payment comes responsibility. Instead of squandering the last 7 months in the midst of a gas crisis, seriously?? All this should have been done before the soa. Soa was just a big waste of time for us, but I don't think the same for bod and mac. All in my considered opinion. dyor!
