Just that they are both an INTEGRAL part of the GSA and that they are "critical" in keeping them there until the deal is signed, sealed AND DELIVERED.
Of course the GSA will proceed without them, but it will remove two of the most important people involved in getting the GSA in the first place and more importantly, keeping it and delivering on it.
