Excellent assessment of the situation Riskbuys. It will be interesting to see the fireworks at the AGM on the 29th November… also the day that GMD is allowed to offer a higher price on the market (4 months). The fund managers have been buying up most of the shares from 9c to 14c on market and I’m estimating they own about 18% or more. There’s a saying with Takeovers ‘that the first price is never the last!’ I hope the Fund Manager’s make them pay big time for deceiving shareholders. Anyone going to the AGM? “The Board has decided it will not have an online meeting only physical”. Be interesting the comments and questions if it was online. I’d love to see it posted on YouTube.
