Not sure if you’ve seen this from one of my previous posts or if it will be helpful: DCN if you read the investor and corporate presentation announcements prior to the GMD TO announcements the directors sentiment took a complete turn in such a short period of time (DCN investor presentation announcement approx 3 weeks before DCN directors unanimously recommend takeover) of course this is going to be completely misleading and disgruntle SH’s. These announcements clearly outlined the value of DCN including a mill value which alone was valued at 175M, the fact that they were paying down the debt very quickly, getting back on track, future exploration value... The TO offer for DCN doesn’t even cover value of their assets and the directors disregarding this and sold out
