    I wouldn't play with fire. I can almost guarantee that KIN will negotiate a deal and hand over DCN shares to GMD to get them over the 90% , i could be wrong but this has happened before on takeovers. I just don't trust GMD and wouldn't put it past them to pull a dirty trick like that.
