Fact: market is currently valuing the stock approx 60% above the offer so SH are currently better off. KIN currently own 5.05% and I suspect are are buying up more to get to 10%, other substantial holders DGO Gold, 2invest AG and Regal.

I believe this forum should be about stating facts or an analytical POV and I haven’t seen you state yours would interested to know what it is?
