Mantra Group especially elicits a wistful, disconsolate, yearning, mournful, forlorn sigh
for the rainbows that have abandoned PIF's horizons.
I stayed in Mantra last year on my ‘round Australia folly.
While there I contributed in a meaningful way to MG’s 48%
profit climb, mostly in their bars.
I won’t dig further lest I unleash tsunami of MFS recriminations.
(As MG was part of Stella Group, that recollection has a tendency to
overpower our emotions).
None too coincidental is a respectable 6th for Genworth, being for:
“Streets Ahead: Genworth Homebuyer Confidence Index
Streets Ahead is a biannual report that outlines the changing attitudes and confidence
levels of Australians to the mortgage and property market.
It combines data collected since 2005 and Genworth’s own unique data,
built up over nearly 50 years.
The September 2014 edition of Streets Ahead is now available.”
An “assist app” to prevent fraud among other things.
Hmmmm; we used to have Morningstar to inflate us with “confidence”.
More will be popping up, looks like a lucrative franchise with no Capital Outlays
but for start ups.
