I really don't think anyone would spend in excess of 100million dollars if they didn't think they would be able to access their asset and realise it's value so minimum compo is this at least by the offer the gov must know it's in the wrong and is trying to wriggle out as cheap as possible never say yes to first offer basic business like selling a car house or anything a little to n fro needed and a big no let them come back when they r serious don't know why management would want a yes vote
