Maybe some of the local tribes could make a donation to the RSL and War Widows. Maybe even wear an ANZAC Badge. After all, they'd be a colony of the Kingdom of Japan if not for the ANZACS and Militia who turned them back at Milne Bay (where my Grandfather fought) and Kokoda. Milne Bay is often forgotten but I visited the site where the Japs were turned back by my Grandfather and his mates.
