Yep, some really whacky stuff being written here, not helping anyone.
In the end we have a failed capital raise and a liquidity issue. Management squabling during the capital raising process saw cornerstones walk away just as TON needed them most. Clearly TON has liabilities we do not know about, such as owing contractors for work done, so this is the same as having some debt, but surely we're not talking huge amounts of money. I would love to know what TON CEO Higgo is doing at the moment, is he working to recap the TON story or has he just walked away into the sunset? Anyone know?
