Yes, it is now all very apparent we were led up the garden path and not provided with fair dinkum full disclosures for our AVX investment decisions. Rather they were provided with ongoing ramping reports that lacked transparency and were devoid of essential facts.
It seems to me that under these circumstances, a no win no fee class action would be the way to go to recoup our losses. Click thumbs up if you agree.
