I TRUST that Wittbank is scrapped, but not that it hasn't been replaced by a better project. Emails sent back and forth yes plus much more; If the local park bench drunk is correct; I doubt that the alternative projects are as premature in their finalization as you seem to insinuate :D

The word on the street suggests management are pretty excited and comfortable with this project. Slow progress yes, but the rewards of patiently hanging in there will be staggering IMO. DYOR.
