Hi Hanrahan. Maybe check your other medication if any. I was on mobic 15mg for a long time & my bp went up to 170/95. The Dr wanted to put me on blood pressure pills but I resisted & so he suggested I stop the Mobic. After a week or two it was back down to 125/80 area.
I monitor it regularly now & have noticed that taking the anti inflamatories for a week or so & it goes up again. I was a bit surprised that the doctor suggested going onto more pills rather than stopping the ones that were causing problems.
