Rocky I dont agree with some of these blanket statements about India and doing business there. It would appear from some users experience there that there may be some problems in the way some businesses conduct themselves over there. (can be the case world wide)
I to take objection however to your blanket blame of ARR in this case. I dont think its a fare statement to solely blame ARR.
I will agree they let there AR get out of hand. They let the exposure to one client get out of hand. However, there end customer is a government owned telco.
Apparently the problem is coming via a third party whom have been paid by the telco, however have not passed the payment through. Hopefully Simon's meeting with the communication minister will have an impact.
In the future if a company (ARR) was to do business it would seem that they should get payment directly from said telco.
I bought the company on the story of wireless communcation and their 'superior' new tech, in conjunction with the exposure to India and China (both of which are spending in excess of 45bn on comms infrastructure in the next few years).
