According to some, the value is in the blockchain technology instead of any value associated with a coin.
One either believe in Bitcoin artificial limiting the number of coins availability or the more natural tiny concentration of physical gold requiring bulk mining extraction hence the big expense.
Why not a crypto Gold backed by physical instead of fiat?
