FWIW, think the Bidder's statement needs to be dispatched (to shareholders) 14-28 days after 24 April (i.e. date bid statement presented to WCL). Believe WCL then has 15 days from dispatch to respond via it's target statement. Net, WCL still has some time up it's sleeve....
check that though and always do your own research.
