NO WORKING TELEPHONES FOR NET NO CASH NO PHONES

Can it get more obvious that NET is a complete joke?
I tried calling NET on their 1300 134 799 and there is a connection. However, once you press #1 #2 or #3 the line goes dead after ringing for about six rings. Even if you press #1 Sales the line cuts out.
If you try to call 02 9329 9700 the response is "your call could not be connected".
It gets worse, if you ring the Thailand "Offices" the response is "destination you called is not existing". The Pakistan "office" telephone number results in an Australian accented computer voice saying "could not be connected".
Well, I hate to say it....NET IS DEAD!
Could atcatc aka poggio aka brett64 aka chocklips aka the senior NET employee please explain what is going on?
How is NET going to promise its way out of this one? I know NET is promising to develop a new VPN protocol that enables businesses and individuals to telepathically communicate ideas and large files.
