The more I hear about the iron ore industry the more PLV stands out as major niche play.
Think about it, PLV is not impacted by rail/port disputes or 'mainland' disasters if they occur.
Its a massive advantage that perhaps will only ever be truly appreciated if for example a place like Port Hedland had a disaster or infrastructure issues.
Look at it this way its akin to having your very own port and your very own railway and transportation..
THAT NOBODY ELSE CAN USE...EVER!!!!!
Massive advantage. And currently massively underestimated.
Thinking companies might be looking at PLV with those exact thoughts.
If you need supply and there is disaster its nice to have Plan B or a diversified supply approach.
PLV and Irvine fit that bill perfectly.
