are you all sold out bobuck. I agree shareprice is not looking good but as far as i am aware the were littlle covenants on the loan as you would expect when paying 11.5% interest. I think some of the money was locked up until they meet sales targets...which could be a problem but it was only a portion of it. I dont see any reason even with reduced sales that tfc wont be able to pay that 11.5% a year for at least the next couple of years and then hopefully oil should kick in albeit at a low level. If dollar plummets it will be tough as they will be living off debt until the oil sales start. They should consolidate for a few years. stop these massive plantings for a couple of years and ramp up when they can with cashflow not debt. Hopefully they are not in the situation where they must sell lots of trees to pay for capex on previous plantations. time will tell. i am not selling and have accepted the possibility of losing the lot. i dont have balls like smalldiamond to catch this falling knife but good luck to him and all fellow holders.
