Anyway, after many a frustrating time I think I got your % bizzos sorted and line up numerically lol.
Your above obs were quite interesting, and provided me with a few hours investigative fun. I found that if one goes back far enough there is a much larger picture with partners etc... but I am buggered if I know the older ones still exist. But it seems to me they keep moving forward as the months pass....and boy, what a business they are attempting to get going!!.... it is easily understandable that this would be a long term prospect.
Anyway, I had some dibbles into the FA....just basic, cash etc.... Didn't go as far as Directors and many other points, as I am time poor at the moment to attempt serious FA looking into. But liked what I did read....well found interesting anyway lol.
I decided to check out the TA....to see if I could make sense of anything there...for sheets and giggles, as I am far from expert on that too.....but thought I would put my initial thoughts here for comment, bagging and general ass kicking. I don't know if you are TA inclined...but thinking

Here we go lol....
- It had been in a downtrend since mid June 2017 from a high of .275 whilst trading in a channel on its way down to .155....until Dec 7th 2017 where it started to break the line @.16 oed. The SP has cleared that Downtrend line by a long way now oed 17 Jan @ .175 (well above the continuing downtrend line from June 2017).
- using the 12 month (daily) chart I have got support @ .165 ???
- The Gap on the 21st Dec on high volume was closed on the 28th. And seem to be trading in a very narrow channel since.
- Resistance mmmmm..... I wouldn't even begin to work out 'short term' resistance as I don't understand the machinations for that as there has been no real volume since March 2017 (except the relative higher on 21 Dec).....BUT, I'll take a punt on long term resistance over the 12 months because of the shizenhaurer amount of shares changing hands back late Feb/early March 2017 .....Mid 20's.... .24/.25 ...knowing VWAP at the time might help???.....I don't really know.
- Ill leave it for comment at that for the min, don't want to embarrass myself toooo much. Other than I (overall) like the set up including the bit of FA I looked at.... But my mind is thinking 'Longterm' only for this one ( barring announcements out of the blue to come).
- I have put in a small order at .165 to make me keep looking to see whats going on, and to test my thoughts the support is there. I've noticed with the spec end of the market that the longer the time between news(announcements) the easier for the SP to hit support lines (or break them too lol). Us punters are a fickle bunch....lol, no matter how much one likes the FA of a company.
- OK.... It would be interesting to see if my TA is on the right track...or full of crap lol.
