1. Time of Observations adjustments are STILL HAPPENING. Even though according to NOAA back inthe 1990s all stations were now in sync. No one told the NEW Noaa crew/ They just kept adjusting.
This chart below PROVES that as time goes by that modern TEMPERATURE data is NOT reliable. So they adjust it.
